biography
Dr. Krit Pongpirul received his Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand, a Master of Public Health (M.P.H.) in health policy and management from Harvard University, and a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in health services and systems research from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, USA.
Currently, he is a faculty member of the Department of Preventive and Social Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, Chulalongkorn University and adjunct faculty of the Department of International Health, Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, USA.
He is also a Research & Quality Counselor of Bumrungrad International Hospital, Thailand.
Supported by the Thailand Research Fund, he has led the team of Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Science, and Faculty of Veterinary Science of Chulalongkorn and Mahidol Universities to compare Microbiome profiles of individuals with and without fat problems.
